Our Total Communications Training Module is a recorded session by a speech and language therapist.
The duration of the module is 2 hours and 20 minutes and is broken down into 2 parts making it easy to split the module into bite size sessions for your staff.
It includes a handout practical of questions to test your staff’s knowledge of total communications, this can be taken before and after the session if required, to see how the module has improved their learning of the approach.

- What is a total communication approach?
- Individuals who may benefit from this approach.
- Including individuals’ needs in the consideration.

- Adoption and acceptance of any, and all means of communication that can support communication in multiple environments.
Throughout the training module the trainer gives the opportunity to the learner to ‘stop and think’ about the learning, take notes and to answer the questions they ask.
